I went on a great 45 min. walk this morning. Also did some lunges so I feel good today.
The docs came in on rounds and said that he still thinks Yumi is going to need an operation. After he sees this morning's xray he may order an upper GI/Small Bowel Follow Through. He thinks that although she is passing a small amount of gas, the contrast from the CT a couple days ago may still not have reached her colon. So if things are actually getting through, they are going verrrry sloooowly and she may have a partial block. So he wants to give Yumi's body every opportunity to resolve itself without surgical intervention. However, they also will not release her with this slow-moving bowel. This must be resolved one way or another before we will be released. So rest assured, Yumi will be 100% by the time she goes home!
As far as she's feeling, she's not had dilautid since yesterday. So praise the Lord that at least she's no longer in pain. The PICC-line has made a big difference, too. I'm glad we got that done and out of the way.
Best case, we will be here another 2 days at least.

i was so upset when i found out you were in the hospital again! i feel so bad! but i am so glad you are doing a little better! remember, God is always with you! Matthew 9:35 says Jesus walked through the towns and villages helaing all sicknesses. i beleive he will heal you too.
