The doctors ordered a CT scan today which they did at 1:30 today. We are waiting for the results. I'm back at the Hospital after a traffic jam at Boeing Field and also getting caught at the ship canal bridge on Montlake Blvd. I've never seen that bridge go up so it was pretty cool considering what a small skinny bridge it is! The kids thought it was pretty cool too.

David said that he never had a better night's sleep, and he wasn't being sarcastic. The couch-bed that they provide for parents in the room is actually pretty comfy. Yumi, on the other hand, is still having pain and was up a lot last night. This is not a good thing. Usually her pain is under control or gone by now, so this is cause for some concern. As always, surgery is a last resort. We'll see what the CT says.

When Everett saw Yumi with tape on her face and the tube coming out her nose he got a little emotional and wanted to give her a hug. But now he's happily watching tv. David and Danielle went to the cafeteria to get something to eat. I stopped by Wal-Mart to get some scrub pants for Yumi, which she really appreciated. They are very comfy with the drawstring instead of the elastic and since they are cotton they do not stretch all over the place in bed. I will update when we get the results from the CT.

We are all praying for Yumiko. I hope that the pain will pass quickly and that she is up and running around soon. I love the picture of Yumi with all the balloons around her. The horse balloon is especially cool.
