Last X-ray (for today)

We got through the small bowel follow through. It took all day! Yumi had to be off suction all day and about 6:50, before her final xray, she started to have pain. Not just a little pain, but a level 6 pain. So now she is back on dilautid and back on suction.

The contrast looked like it was finally getting through, but slowly. I'll let you know what the docs say in the morning.

Good night for now. It's been a long day.

Yumi,
When the traffic gets tough, the truckers get trucking. Or something. Keep on trucking! Rachel and I both have you in our prayers. It's great that we can see these updates and find out how you are doing.

Yuki,
Great blog--I think JP Patches has some competition.

Hi Yumi. I'm off to California this afternoon for a soccer tournament that Ivy has down there. I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I'm thiniking of you before my day gets totally nutso.

I'm taking my laptop with me to California, and the hotel has internet access, so I will try to keep checking in on you. When I was in North Carolina last month, however, I couldn't make my computer work with the hotel's system, so we'll see how that goes.

I'll be praying for traffic to clear up real soon! And can you pray for Ivy. Her team is going up against two of the top teams from Southern California this weekend! So. Cal has some really good teams, so it could be a really LONG couple of games!

Ok, Love, here's your joke for today, it's short but sweet:

HIGHER POWER
A Sunday school teacher said to her children, " We have been learning how powerful kings and queens were in Bible times. But, there is a higher power. Can anybody tell me what it is?"

One child blurted out, “Aces!"

Keep smilin'!

Love, Mrs. Davison
